At Kiyoko Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
